Swaen uses digital art to describe thoughts that he could not put into songs. Photographs are reduced to their messages and transformed into deceptively realistic watercolor pixel graphics. Swaen's oeuvre includes themes of a philosophical and theological nature, combines traditional design principles and tells of his own psychological snapshots, constantly in search of the ideal perspective, aesthetics, color and harmony.
